Unified Media Platform (UMP)

The Unified Media Platform that makes every campaign smarter.

Most media plans start from a guess and end with a report nobody trusts. Neural closes that gap with one loop across every channel: plan, run, measure, learn.

    Inside Neural

    The decisioning and learning engine.

Most media is still planned in one tool, bought in five and measured a quarter late, with every platform grading its own homework.

Neural runs it as one loop instead. One audience you own, carried to every channel. One plan, set up once and run natively across social, retail media, programmatic, CTV and streaming, and publisher marketplaces. Creative that moves with the plan, and measurement that shows what your ads actually caused while campaigns are still live. Here is how each part works.

    01 · Audience

See the audience, not the platform.

Neural builds one view of your audience from how media is actually bought, grouped into blocks you can plan, price and activate on any platform.

Neural's audience map: households grouped into blocks, with 105 blocks of about 5.1 million households selected and ready to save as an audience or ask Anouri about
Audience assignment for a brief: the five segments in the plan, ranked by fit to the primary audience, with household counts

    02 · Incrementality

    Know what actually worked.

Every campaign is also an experiment. Neural measures the results your ads actually caused, not the ones a platform claims, and moves budget toward what works.

Platform reported vs incremental, by platform: what Amazon DSP, Meta and TikTok each claim, next to the incremental orders measured on the client's own sales

    03 · Planning

    Plan for the long run.

Neural models how each channel performs over time, so every plan starts from evidence. Bring your own history and it learns from that too.

Channel plan with response curves for each channel, showing where spend stops paying off

    04 · Learning

    Learns across every campaign.

Every result sharpens the starting point for the next plan, so new campaigns begin from what has been measured, not a vendor benchmark.

    1. Campaign 1
    2. Campaign 10
    3. Campaign 100

Every hexagon is an audience block, and each one is its own learning unit. The first campaign teaches the blocks at its core. Each one after reaches further, and what a block learns stays with it, so by campaign 100 almost every block starts the next plan from what has already been measured.

Your data stays in your own workspace. Nothing identifying is ever shared.

    2. 02

      Run

Every activation is built to be measured.

    FAQ

    Unified Media Platform questions.

What is a Unified Media Platform (UMP)?
A Unified Media Platform (UMP) plans, buys, measures and optimizes media across every channel from one system, with one audience and one measure of success. Instead of a separate DSP and a separate console for every walled garden, a UMP sits above them, decides how budget moves between them, and learns from every campaign.
How is a UMP different from a DSP?
A DSP buys programmatic inventory, while social, retail media and other walled gardens keep their own tools and their own reporting. A UMP plans and buys across all of them from one plan, measures them on the same terms, and decides how budget should move between them.
Does a UMP replace my DSPs and platform accounts?
No. A UMP sits above the platforms you already use. Neural sends one plan to each platform in its native form and brings the results back into one place where they can be compared.
How does a UMP measure what is working?
Instead of trusting each platform's own report or last-click attribution, a UMP measures the results your ads actually caused across every channel and updates the plan while campaigns run.
    Where does my data live?
Your data stays in your own workspace. Nothing identifying is ever shared.
Who is a Unified Media Platform for?
Brands and agencies that run media across more than a couple of channels and want one plan, one audience and one honest answer to which channel is working.
Where does the term UMP come from?
Aperiam Ventures named the category in its 2026 market map. Neural Ads is building a UMP from measurement up.
